Field to Fork Dinner

Guests will be greeted with charcuterie and a welcome cocktail, and are then encouraged to take in the scenery around the gardens at Plant Life Designs (PLD), as well as their greenhouse brimming with plants available for purchase.

Guests will be seated at a commercial table to dine, set with florals from The Violet Lane, many of which came from the grounds at PLD. Matt Hatala, pork purveyor at Prairie Rose Farms, will guide you through each course expertly prepared by Chef Ryan Skiner, highlighting the best ingredients that Iowa spring has to offer. Drink pairings will accompany the meal. Guests can expect 3-4 hours for the meal, and dinner will be held rain or shine – truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
